Terms of Service

By using the loglark.io ("Service"), you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). If you are using the Service for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to agree to these terms for them. In that case, "you" means your company or organization.

Account​

  1. You must register your account with your own email address.
  2. You are fully responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.

Acceptable Use​

  1. You may not use loglark.io for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  2. Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of loglark.io

Fees and Payment​

  1. loglark is a pay-as-you-go service. You need to purchase credits in advance. Your available credits will be used to pay for for the actual usage of the Service on dayly basis.
  2. There is no monthly fee and no commitment.
  3. If you don't have enough credits to pay for the current usage, we will stop ingesting log records.
  4. If your account does not have enough credits to cover usage for more than two weeks, all ingested log records will be deleted.
  5. We will never automatically charge you, unless you explicitly opt-in.

Refund Policy​

You can ask for a refund of free credits by sending an email to support@loglark.io.

Intellectual Property​

  1. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service belong to loglark.io.
  2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use loglark.io as intended

Termination​

  1. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
  2. We may suspend or terminate your access to loglark at any time, with or without cause.

Disclaimers​

  1. We reserve the right to modify the Service at any time, including adding and removing features.
  2. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time.
  3. We reserve the right to change the prices for the Service and any connected extra services at any time.
  4. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability​

  1. You acknowledge and agree that loglark is not responsible for any damages that may arise from your use of loglark.
  2. Any actions, decisions, or claims you make based on information provided by the loglark are entirely your responsibility, and loglark cannot be held liable for them.
  3. The total liability of loglark for any damages, losses, or claims will not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to access the service.

Changes to Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current Terms of Service are always available at loglark.io/tos

Governing Law​

These agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. If there is any disagreement, dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, it will be settled in a Spanish court.

If any part of this Terms of Service would be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
